CSSNorthstar offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee for all assessment purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.

- The email address associated with your account
- Reason for refund request
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used.

- Waitlist signups
- Refunds requested more than 48 hours after purchase
5. Returns
CSSNorthstar is a digital service. Since our reports are delivered upon assessment completion, no physical returns are accepted.
